WSLCB - Transporter Fulfillment Hub - CR-101

The WSLCB Transporter Fulfillment Hub rulemaking project pertained to "amending sections of some rules and repealing, amending, and creating other rule sections in Chapter 314-55 WAC, including but not limited to WAC 314-55-310 on cannabis transportation licenses, to address a petition for rulemaking accepted by the Board in September 2024 that requested to amend the rule to allow cross-docking of cannabis at fulfillment distribution hubs."
