WSLCB - Heavy Metals Testing - CR-101

The WSLCB Heavy Metals Testing rulemaking project pertained to "amending WAC 314-55-102 to expand heavy metal testing requirements to all cannabis products. This rulemaking addresses a petition for rulemaking accepted by the Board in January 2024. Currently only Department of Health (DOH) compliant medical cannabis products are required to be tested for heavy metals under WAC 246-70-050."
