The Okanogan County Board of County Commissioners (Okanogan County - BOCC) is the legislative authority in the county. Three commissioners are elected to serve a term of 4-years from districts with boundaries drawn based on population. Each Commissioner must live in and represent his or her district. Each board of county commissioners consists of three qualified electors, two of whom constitute a quorum to do business. The primary legislative powers of the board of commissioners are defined inĀ RCW 36.32.120.
