WSDA - Hemp Processor Registration

As a result of the passage of SB 5372, the department considered creating a process and fee for hemp processors to register their businesses/facilities with the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). The WSDA food safety program undertook separate rulemaking to enable certification of hemp extracts, also authorized as part of SB 5372.
