The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) convenes a meeting of the three-member Board every two weeks to consider formal rulemaking actions and hear public testimony.
On Tuesday March 10th, the WSLCB Board decided to cancel the March 18th Board Meeting in light of COVID-19 concerns. An announcement emailed to stakeholders on Wednesday March 11th indicated the public hearing for the Quality Control (QC) Testing and Product Requirements rulemaking project would be moved to this board meeting.
On Friday March 26th, the WSLCB announced a special board meeting to execute emergency rulemaking in response to the COVID-19 public health crisis. At that meeting, the Board planned to withdraw the CR-102 for the QC Testing and Product Requirements rulemaking project.
