  • At publication time and through the month of October, the CCRS would be accessible in an open testing capacity for all licensees and third-party software providers. It’s our understanding that agency staff will perform an initial assessment in early November to ascertain the viability of an early December launch of CCRS leading to decommissioning MJ Freeway Leaf Data Systems several weeks later.
