WSLCB - Board Meeting (April 18, 2018) - Summary

Board members approved an interim rule and CR-101 for Retail Title Certificates and opened rulemaking for vapor products.

My top 3 takeaways:

The Board adopted an Interim Policy for Retailer Title Certificates to bring relief to retailers in ban and moratoria jurisdictions (BIP-04-2018, transcript, audio).
