The weekly Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) Board Caucus was cancelled.

- At the end of the caucus on Tuesday May 21st, Chair David Postman indicated members wouldn’t achieve a quorum for the caucus this week.
WA HCA - DBHR Listening Session
On Tuesday at 1:30pm PT, the monthly Washington State Health Care Authority (WA HCA) Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) Behavioral Health Service Provider Listening Session was scheduled to recur.

- According to the event announcement, WA HCA DBHR staff planned to provide updates on “SPA SUDP/Assoc”,“5228 OT”, and the “P-25 Strategic plan.”
- The first item is a reference to the planned addition of Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDPs) and other practitioners to the Medicaid State Plan to enable reimbursements in particular circumstances.
- Next is a reference to the implementation of SB 5228, “Providing occupational therapy services for persons with behavioral health disorders.”
- The latter is a reference to the Prenatal through 25 Behavioral Health Strategic Plan.
